How to change your Just Eat menu

Editing your own menu is fine. The problem starts when you want somebody else to do it - because unlike Deliveroo and Uber Eats, Just Eat has no documented way to add a second user.

The steps

  1. Sign in to Partner Hub with your Just Eat partner login.
  2. Open your menu and find the item you want to change.
  3. Edit the price, name or description, and save.

If your account does not have menu editing enabled, changes go through Just Eat's help form instead - that route is slower and is where the "changes can take a few days" experience usually comes from.

There is no staff login. We searched Just Eat's partner documentation repeatedly and found no add-user, Teams, roles or multi-login feature of any kind. Deliveroo has Teams and Uber Eats has Admin/Manager/Staff roles. Just Eat, as far as its public documentation goes, has one login per business.

That has a practical consequence people rarely think about: if you want to stop somebody having access, the only lever you have is changing your password. There is no user list to remove them from.

What that means if you use an agency or a helper

Be deliberate about it. On Deliveroo and Uber Eats you can invite someone properly, give them a limited role, and remove them cleanly. On Just Eat you are sharing one login, so:

We say this openly because it applies to us too. When we set a shop up, Deliveroo and Uber Eats are proper invites with limited roles. Just Eat is the one that works differently, and we walk through it with you rather than pretending it is the same as the other two.

Change one price, remember the other three. The moment a Just Eat price moves, your Deliveroo, Uber Eats and website listings disagree with it. A price that is out by 60p on 25 orders a week is roughly £65 a month - and it keeps charging you until somebody notices.

Common questions

Can I add a staff member to my Just Eat account?

There is no add-user, Teams or roles feature documented anywhere in Just Eat's partner documentation. Deliveroo and Uber Eats both have one; Just Eat appears to work on a single login per business.

How do I remove someone's access to my Just Eat account?

Because there is no user list, the only documented way to end someone's access is to change your password.

Why do my Just Eat menu changes take days?

If your account can edit the menu directly, changes are made by you in Partner Hub. The multi-day experience usually comes from requesting changes through the help form instead, which is the route for accounts without direct menu editing.

Do I have to update Deliveroo and Uber Eats separately?

Yes. The platforms do not talk to each other, so a price change on one leaves the others wrong until you repeat it - which is the entire reason this service exists.

Or send it to us and skip all three

You WhatsApp us the change once - a price, a new dish, something sold out. We make it live on Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats and your own website, and send you a screenshot when it's done.

Your first change is free, so you can see it work before you pay anything. After that it's £39 a month flat for one location. No contract, no card up front.
