How to use Deliveroo Menu Manager

Edit items, prices, photos and modifiers, mark dishes sold out, and know when a change goes live, from Deliveroo's own help docs.

The short answer

Deliveroo Menu Manager is the menu editor inside Partner Hub, Deliveroo's partner dashboard (it used to be called Restaurant Hub). Log in, select Menu Manager in the sidebar, click the item, make your change, click Save, then click Publish. Nothing reaches customers until you publish.

Steps checked against Deliveroo's Help Centre on 14 October 2026. Screens change, so if yours looks different, Deliveroo's own article is the one to trust. MenuSync is an independent service, not affiliated with Deliveroo.

Edit an item or a price

  1. In Partner Hub, open Menu Manager and click the menu item you want to change.
  2. Change the name, description, image, price or tax rate.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click Publish to set the menu live with the edited item.

To add a dish, find the menu, select Edit menu, scroll to the category and select + New item. Fill in the details, click Add item, then Publish. To remove one, click it, choose Delete item, confirm, and Publish.

If you run more than one site, the three dots next to Publish let you choose which sites the menu goes to.

Photos

  1. In Menu Manager, choose the menu and click Edit menu.
  2. Click the item, select Upload photo and upload it.
  3. Look at the quality check result, then click Save and Publish.

Every item photo goes through a quality check. It can be approved, rejected with a reason, or sent for a human review, so a new photo may not appear as soon as a price does. Deliveroo asks for one real dish, centred, on a clean background. It rejects photos with text overlaid, people in shot, heavy editing or poor lighting, and does not allow AI-generated images.

Modifiers: extras and options

Deliveroo calls them modifications: the choices a customer makes on a dish, such as adding extra cheese to a burger. Related items sold together are bundles. Both are set up in Menu Manager, and Deliveroo has a separate step-by-step article for each. A price on a modification is a price like any other, so include it when you change prices across the apps.

Sold out and availability

Do this as soon as you run out: if a customer orders something you do not have, you will have to reject the order.

  1. In Partner Hub, go to Live Orders and select Stock levels.
  2. Click the item and choose an option, then press Save.
  • Sold out today takes the item off for the day. It comes back automatically at opening time the next day.
  • Hide from menu takes it off until you make it available again.
  • In stock puts it back for customers.

For a dish you will bring back, Hide from menu is gentler than Delete item: deleting removes it, and you would have to add it again.

When changes go live

  • Edits you make in Menu Manager: live once you click Publish. Deliveroo describes Menu Manager as updating your menu instantly.
  • Item photos: after the quality check, and longer if a human review is needed.
  • No Menu Manager access: you request changes through the Get in touch form on the Help page in Partner Hub, and Deliveroo says these take up to 3 days.

Common problems

Keep Just Eat and Uber Eats in step

Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats do not share a menu. A price you change in Menu Manager stays on Deliveroo only. Change it on the other two apps in the same sitting, from one written list with a column for each app. Same price everywhere or a different price per app are both normal choices; the list is what keeps them where you want them.

Uber Eats may review a change for up to 24 hours, so start there. Then check what customers see: paste your Just Eat and Uber Eats links into the free menu price checker. More on this in how to update prices on all three apps.

Questions

Where is Menu Manager on Deliveroo?

Log in to Partner Hub, Deliveroo's partner dashboard, and select Menu Manager in the sidebar. It is part of Partner Hub, not a separate app.

How long do Deliveroo Menu Manager changes take to go live?

Deliveroo says Menu Manager lets you update your menu instantly, but only once you click Publish: Save on its own does not put a change in front of customers. Item photos also go through a quality check first, and some need a human review.

What if I do not have Menu Manager?

Deliveroo asks partners without Menu Manager access to request menu changes through the Get in touch form on the Help page in Partner Hub. It says those changes take up to 3 days.

How do I mark a dish as sold out on Deliveroo?

In Partner Hub, go to Live Orders, then Stock levels, click the item and choose Sold out today, Hide from menu or In stock, then Save. Sold out today brings the item back automatically at opening time the next day.

Does a Deliveroo price change update Just Eat and Uber Eats?

No. Each app has its own menu and its own dashboard, so a price change on Deliveroo has to be made again on Just Eat and Uber Eats if you want them to match.
