Which apps do you update?
Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats. We do not update your own website - only those three apps.
What happens after the free change?
If you want to carry on, it is £39 a month for one shop, with no VAT added. If not, you owe nothing.
How do I send you a change?
Message us on WhatsApp. A text, a photo of a scribbled note, or a voice note are all fine. You do not log in to anything.
Do you need my passwords for the apps?
Not for Deliveroo or Uber Eats: you invite us from your own account. Just Eat has no staff-login feature, so we set it up with you and you can lock us out at any time by changing the password. Never type a password into a chat.
What can you change?
Prices, menu items, item descriptions, photos, opening hours and sold-out items.
What is not included?
Designing your menu, writing your copy, photography, and anything on the platforms' commercial terms with you. Those stay yours.
What if you get a price wrong?
You get a screenshot of each live listing, so you can check it. If something is off, tell us and we will put it right.
Can each app have a different price?
Yes. Tell us the price for each app, or one price for all three.
Do you take a cut of my orders?
No. MenuSync charges a flat monthly fee and takes no share of your orders. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats or WhatsApp.
How many shops can I have?
As many as you like. The first is £39 a month and each additional shop is £29 a month, so two shops are £68 and three are £97.
How do I pay?
Your first change is free and no card is needed to start. If you decide to carry on, we send you a payment link and billing starts from that day, not before. Payment is then collected monthly by card or Direct Debit through Stripe or GoCardless. We never see or hold your card details.
How do I cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp or email info@menusync.co.uk. No minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
