How to update your Just Eat menu in Partner Hub

Partner Hub, then Management, then Menu/Items. Edit, save, and publish once at the end. Every step below is from Just Eat's own UK help pages.

The short answer

Just Eat calls its menu editor Menu Manager. It lives in Partner Hub, Just Eat's partner dashboard: go to Management, then Menu/Items, tap the item, tap Edit, make the change and tap Save. When every change is saved, tap Publish once. Just Eat says to publish only once you have made all your changes.

Steps checked against Just Eat's UK partner help on 19 October 2026. Each section names the page it comes from and the date Just Eat last updated it. Screens change, so if yours looks different, Just Eat's own page is the one to trust. MenuSync is an independent service, not affiliated with Just Eat.

Change a price

  1. Log in to Partner Hub.
  2. Go to Management, then Menu/Items.
  3. Tap the item, then tap Edit at the top of the page.
  4. Enter the new sale price. To set a different price for collection, select Add collection price.
  5. Tap Save.
  6. Tap Publish only once you have made all your changes.

For a dish with portion sizes or other variations, choose the category and the item, tap the edit icon next to the variation, add the new price and tap Save. Each variation has its own price, so change each one.

Add an item or a category

  1. In Partner Hub, go to Management, then Menu/Items.
  2. Go to the category the dish belongs in, tap Add new and select item.
  3. Enter a name, description and price, and choose the categories it appears under.
  4. Select any dietary information that applies: Spicy, Vegetarian, or 18+ for alcohol.
  5. If you want to, add Additional details: a kitchen item number for your staff, calorie information and portion size.
  6. Tap Save, then Publish once you have finished all your changes.

To add a category, tap Add category under Categories, enter a name such as Pizza and a description, and tap Save. A meal deal starts the same way: tap Add new, choose Deal, then add the items that make it up in deal groups.

Just Eat's article is headed “Add and remove menu items” but only lists the steps for adding. If you cannot see how to remove a dish, ask Just Eat through Partner Hub. Source: Just Eat UK, How to update your menu (updated 22 September 2025).

Extras and options (item variations)

Just Eat calls sizes and choices of filling item variations. To change one, open the item in Menu/Items, scroll down to Item variations, tap the three dots next to it and tap View details. You can rename the variation, change its price or delete it. Tap Save, then Publish when you have finished. A price on a variation is a price like any other, so include it when you change prices across the apps.

Out of stock

Just Eat's UK help says to switch the toggle next to the item when something runs out, and to turn it back when it is in stock again. Just Eat's introduction to Partner Hub lists item availability as part of Menu Manager.

On a Just Eat Orderpad, open the menu, choose Take items off menu and select the items. Just Eat says items taken offline this way go back online automatically the next day.

Just Eat's UK pages do not say whether the Partner Hub toggle resets by itself, so check it the next morning. For a dish you have stopped selling for good, take it off the menu rather than leaving it switched off. Replace your whole menu

For a new menu, you can send Just Eat the whole thing instead of editing it item by item:

  1. In Partner Hub, go to Management, then Menu/Items.
  2. Scroll down to Help and Support, bottom left.
  3. Click Upload a copy of your menu, then Replace your menu.
  4. Upload the menu as a PDF, JPEG, PNG, DOCX, XLS or XLSX file of up to 20MB. You can add a note.
  5. Click Publish. Just Eat says it will make the changes “as soon as we can”.

Just Eat's article says this option is not available to some integrated partners, meaning those whose menu is connected to another system such as a till. Source: Just Eat UK, How to update your menu (updated 22 September 2025).

When changes go live

Just Eat's UK menu help does not give a time. Here is what its UK pages do say.

Search results also show other timings, from older or non-UK Just Eat pages. We have only used Just Eat's current UK pages. Whichever route you use, open your listing on Just Eat afterwards and check what customers see. Common problems

Keep Deliveroo and Uber Eats in step

Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats do not share a menu. A price you change in Menu Manager stays on Just Eat only. Change it on the other two apps in the same sitting, from one written list with a column for each app. For the steps, see how to use Deliveroo Menu Manager and how to update your Uber Eats menu. Uber may review a change for up to 24 hours, so start there.

One rule is specific to Just Eat. Clause 7.18 of its UK partner terms covers how your Just Eat prices compare with your website or app:

“Unless you and we have agreed otherwise, the prices, discounts and special offers you provide in respect of your Goods and services through the Platform (including any delivery charges and minimum order values set by you) must be no less favourable than those offered to consumers via your own online channels for the same goods or services”

Just Eat Partner Terms & Conditions (UK), clause 7.18, “Your Price Promise”, dated 18 December 2025: the terms PDF, linked from Just Eat's UK partner sign-up page. On the customer side, Just Eat's Price Promise says that if a customer pays more for menu items on a Just Eat delivery order than on the restaurant's website or app, Just Eat gives them twice the difference as a Just Eat voucher. Read on 19 October 2026. This is a summary of published terms, not legal advice: your own agreement with Just Eat is what applies.
