How to change menu prices on Deliveroo

Edit, save, then publish: the step that puts a new price live. Checked on 20 October 2026 against Deliveroo's own help centre.

The short answer

In Partner Hub, open Menu Manager, click the item, change the price, click Save, then click Publish. Saving alone does not put the new price in front of customers: publishing does.

Checked on 20 October 2026 by the MenuSync team against Deliveroo's help centre: How do I add, edit and remove menu items in Menu Manager (updated 2 March 2026), How do I publish my Deliveroo menu? (2 March 2026) and How can I manage my Deliveroo menu in Partner Hub? (23 July 2026). If your screens look different, Deliveroo's own article is the one to trust. MenuSync is an independent service, not affiliated with Deliveroo.

Publish to one site or several

If you have more than one site, Deliveroo lets you choose where a menu goes live.

  1. On the Menu Manager page, find the menu and select Edit menu.
  2. Click the three dots next to Publish.
  3. Click Choose sites to publish to for one site, or Publish to additional sites for more.
  4. Select the sites and click Publish.

Add a new item with its price

  1. On the Menu Manager page, find the menu and select Edit menu.
  2. Scroll to the category and select + New item.
  3. Add the name, description, image, prices and tax rates, and click Add item.
  4. Click Publish.

Extras (Deliveroo calls them modifications) and bundles are set up separately: see Deliveroo's article How do I add Bundles and Modifications to my Deliveroo menu?, which links to the Menu Manager steps. For photos, see menu photo sizes on all three apps.

No Menu Manager access?

Deliveroo says that if you don't have access to Menu Manager yet, you should use the ‘Get in touch form’ on the Help page in Hub to ask for menu changes. It says: “Changes take up to 3 days, but we do our best to get them done as quickly as we can.”

Common problems

Keep Just Eat and Uber Eats in step

A price you publish on Deliveroo stays on Deliveroo. If the same dish is on the other apps, change it there in the same sitting: see how to change menu prices in Uber Eats Manager, how to update your Just Eat menu and the fuller Deliveroo Menu Manager guide.
