Just Eat vs Deliveroo vs Uber Eats for UK takeaways

The short answer
Just Eat publishes 14% or 30% plus VAT, depending on who delivers. Uber Eats publishes 13%, 30% or 33% plus VAT, and a £650 activation fee excluding VAT. Deliveroo publishes no standard rate. Each app has its own menu tool, so a menu change is made once on each app.

Which costs less?
On the published rates, when you deliver yourself, Uber Eats (13%) is a point below Just Eat (14%), both plus VAT. When the app delivers, both list 30%, and Uber Eats takes 33% on Uber One member orders. Uber Eats also lists a one-off £650 activation fee excluding VAT, and Deliveroo's terms mention a one-off joining fee. Deliveroo can only be compared from your own agreement: enter its rate in the commission calculator, then switch to Just Eat or Uber Eats for the same order.
If you are on more than one app
The menus are separate. A new price typed into Just Eat's Menu Manager does not reach Deliveroo or Uber Eats, so each change is made once per app, and on Just Eat and Deliveroo you finish with Publish. The guides for each tool:

Do Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats share one menu?
No. Each has its own menu tool: Menu Manager in Just Eat's Partner Hub, Menu Manager in Deliveroo's Partner Hub, and Menu Maker in Uber Eats Manager. A change made in one is not copied to the others.
How often do Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats pay out?
Just Eat's sign-up page says you get an invoice every Tuesday and the balance every Friday. Deliveroo's terms say partners are paid approximately weekly. Uber Eats does not give a payout schedule on its UK pricing page.
