How to change menu prices on Uber Eats
One price, separate delivery and pickup prices, and extras, in Uber Eats Manager. Checked on 20 October 2026 against Uber's own help pages.

Sign in to Uber Eats Manager at restaurant.uber.com, click Menu on the left sidebar, search for or select the item, change the price and click Save.

Change one price
- Sign in to restaurant.uber.com.
- Click Menu on the left sidebar.
- Search for or select the item from the Overview page.
- Change the price in the grey price box.
- Click Save.
If you have prices for more than one order type, such as pickup, Uber says to edit the prices separately in each column.

Different prices for delivery and pickup
Uber lets you set a delivery price and a pickup price for the same item, or make an item delivery-only or pickup-only.
- In Menu Maker, select Items at the top of the page.
- Choose the item.
- Scroll to Order type and price.
- Click Change.
- Enter the price for delivery and the price for pickup.
Before you click Change: Uber says this change cannot be reversed and will unlink all menu items, which are linked by default. Decide first whether you want separate pickup prices.
Prices on extras (modifier groups)
Options such as extra cheese have their own prices. To change them, open Menu Maker, click Overview, click the modifier group, edit the option prices and click Save. Uber says an option can also be free of charge. When you put prices up, remember the extras as well as the dishes.
When the new price shows
Uber's two pages say different things. Editing your menu says that after you click Save, all edits except photo uploads are live in the Uber Eats app immediately. How to update an item says some updates require a two-step verification from the Uber Eats menu team and may take up to 24 hours.
Either way, open your listing as a customer would after you save, and give yourself time before a busy evening.
Common problems
- The old price is still showingThe change may be waiting for Uber's check. Open the listing again later.
- Your menu comes from a till (POS)If your POS is integrated with Uber Eats, Uber says to change prices in the POS, not in Menu Maker.
- Pickup shows a different priceThe item may have separate delivery and pickup prices. Edit each one.
