Before you call
Each app sends most partner questions through its own dashboard: Partner Hub on Just Eat and Deliveroo, Uber Eats Manager on Uber Eats. Each phone line below says what it is for. Below are the official routes for UK restaurant partners, copied exactly from each app's own pages.

Just Eat
- Partner HubJust Eat's partner terms (clause 25.2) say you can submit a complaint through Partner Hub, which has options for the type of complaint or query. For device problems, Just Eat's device support page says to go to the Just Eat assistant, select ‘My Orderpad’ and send a message.
- Partner line: 0208 736 2000If you do not have access to Partner Hub, for device issues. Just Eat's scam warning page also says to hang up and call this number if you doubt a caller is from Just Eat.

Deliveroo
- Partner Hub: Help section or live chatFor general enquiries. Deliveroo's UK help page says live chat runs weekdays between 9am and 5:45pm. Its merchant contact page gives 10am to 6pm GMT, Monday to Friday. The two pages differ, so check in Hub.
- Phone: +44 20 7138 9037For Hub log in and urgent Live Order support only. Open 6AM to 1AM, 7 days a week, says Deliveroo's UK help page.
- Bank detailsPartner Hub account, then Settings, then the Payments tab. Deliveroo says that with Admin rights on your Hub account you can access the form there.
- No access to Menu ManagerDeliveroo says to use the ‘Get in touch’ form on the Help page in Hub.

Just Eat's device support and scam warning pages give the partner line as 0208 736 2000. Its UK partner terms give a contact centre helpline for complaints, 0344 243 7777. The Change of Ownership team is on 0203 912 6571.
What is the Deliveroo partner support number?
Deliveroo's UK help page gives +44 20 7138 9037, for Hub log in and urgent Live Order support only, open 6AM to 1AM 7 days a week. For anything else, Deliveroo says to use the Help section or live chat in Partner Hub.
How do I contact Uber Eats merchant support in the UK?
